Whether you're launching your first website or giving your brand a soulful refresh, we’re here to bring your vision to life with heart, intention, and ease.
Step 1: Welcome Package
As soon as we start, you'll receive your personalised Welcome Package, which gently walks you through everything to expect: from timelines and tools, to promises and practical bits.
It’s your grounding guide for the journey ahead and includes space to dream, reflect, and note down any questions.
We'll also book in your first call and make sure everything feels clear before we begin.
After That, the FUn Really BeGins..
Step 3: Branding & Content
Next, we’ll have a relaxed content planning call to look at:
✧ Your chosen style, colours, and feel
✧ The structure of your website
✧ What content is needed (and what you might already have!)
We’ll talk through the next steps and give you time to gather everything at your own pace. You’ll also receive helpful prompts and a shared folder to keep everything in one place.
Step 2: Your Vision
This first stage is all about discovery.
We’ll explore your story, your essence, and what matters most so we can craft a website that truly reflects you.
You’ll be invited to complete a short branding questionnaire and create a simple vision or mood board (we’ll guide you through it, promise!).
This gives us the foundation to begin designing from a deeply aligned place.
Step 4: Design & Refine
This is where the magic really starts flowing. We’ll begin by designing your homepage and a one-page brand guide.
Once you’ve had time to review and give feedback, we’ll co-create the rest of your site together, checking in and refining along the way.
You’re included in every step of the process so that your site always feels like you.
We want it to tick all your boxes and more!
Step 5: Launch & Handover
When everything’s ready, we’ll set your launch date together and make final tweaks so it all feels just right.
You’ll receive a free tutorial showing you how to update your site going forward (no tech overwhelm here). If you’d prefer us to continue helping with updates after launch, that’s always an option too.
We aim to complete most sites within 4–6 weeks of starting, but we’re flexible if you need longer.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Many of our clients choose to stay in touch for occasional updates or tweaks as their business grows.
We don’t charge monthly retainers, just book in when you need us. Whether it’s adding a page, updating an offer, or refreshing your words, we’re always happy to help.
