Ananta Wellness

Project Overview

Ananta Wellness is a gentle, heart-centred yoga and massage practice offering restorative yoga sessions and holistic massage therapy. The goal for this project was to create a calm, welcoming online presence that reflects Lily’s nurturing energy, communicates clearly what she offers, and invites potential clients to feel at ease and connect.

LoGo DeSigN

The logo for Ananta Wellness was crafted to encapsulate calm, flow, and inner balance. With soft lines and subtle symbolism, the mark evokes gentle movement, groundedness, and a welcoming energy — all qualities central to Lily’s yoga and massage practice.

It’s minimal yet meaningful, designed to look elegant on both digital and print materials, and to communicate trust, serenity, and professionalism.

For Ananta Wellness, I aimed for a visual identity that mirrors the qualities of calm, balance, and gentle healing. The design direction was inspired by natural movement, mindfulness, breath, and grounding energy — everything yoga and holistic wellness evoke.

  • Colour & mood: Soft, earthy, and soothing tones — a palette that feels warm, welcoming and peaceful. The overall vibe is gentle and grounded, inviting stillness and trust.

  • Visual energy: Subtle, flowing shapes and soft geometry to reflect alignment, breath, and the gentle rhythm of yoga and massage. The aesthetic blends simplicity with a touch of spirituality and calm clarity.

  • Typography & layout feel: Clean, minimal, and easy-to-read; intuitive spacing, gentle flow — nothing overwhelming. The aim was clarity and accessibility, offering a peaceful user experience, aligned with wellness values.

Altogether, the visual identity supports not only the services offered but the emotional tone — a safe, warm, healing space.

Branding Concept & Visual Direction

“I'm rethinking the plain black and white, I do like a fresh look, but personally I'm all about colour, I think I just keep going for things I think everyone else will like, or what's trendy at the time! I think I'll feel better about it if it's more "me". Thank you so much for the chat today, put a lot of stresses and worries to rest!”

Design & Structure

The website for Ananta Wellness was designed to be simple, calming, and easy to navigate, ensuring visitors can find the information they need without feeling overwhelmed. From the moment users arrive, the homepage introduces the essence of the practice through soft visuals and gentle copy, setting a peaceful tone and clearly communicating the blend of yoga and massage offerings.

The site structure separates Lily’s services into clear, dedicated sections for yoga and massage, allowing visitors to understand each offering at their own pace. The About page plays an important role in building connection, sharing Lily’s story and approach so potential clients can feel a sense of familiarity and trust before reaching out.

Marketing Materials: Business Card & Leaflet

As part of creating a cohesive brand experience, I also designed a set of printed marketing materials for Ananta Wellness. These included a business card and a promotional leaflet, both carefully aligned with the visual identity and tone of the brand.

The leaflet served as a gentle introduction to Lily’s offerings, summarising her yoga classes and massage services in a clear, approachable format. Designed with the same colour palette and visual elements as the website and logo, the leaflet provides a grounded offline touchpoint — something tangible that clients can take away, display, or refer back to. The aim was to make these materials feel like an extension of the website: calm, clear, and rooted in the same nurturing energy Lily brings to her practice.

“A friend recommended Josie and Arla, and I couldn't be more relieved! They have been amazing from start to finish. Being completely clueless with websites and anything tech in general, I feel I've not only gained a beautiful website but a whole load of knowledge and confidence. Josie and Arla worked so hard on my site and I will be forever grateful. They helped me with an amazing new logo as well as helping me find my own brand, something I've not had before. I've always been quite lacking in confidence when it comes to my business, but Josie and Arla have helped me to go with what I really love instead of what I think is "on trend", so my site and branding just feels more 'me'! I would highly recommend Josie and Arla, and after weeks of working with me I'm going to miss them!”
